2. Order Accuracy Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure:

  • Accurate shipping address
  • Correct product choice

We are not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect information provided at checkout.

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect (wrong item sent)

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the issue

4. Lost or Delayed Packages
